You've Got Cute-a-tude! {MFTWSC63}

Hi there!  It's Wednesday and time for this week's Wednesday Stamp Club Sketch Challenge from My Favorite Things!  This week's sketch just might be one of my favorites so far, so I hope you have a chance to play along!

Head on over to the MFT Blog for a link to each designer.

I used the new Pure Innocence image, Cute-a-tude paired with the following Die-namics:  Botanical Beauty, First Place Award Ribbon (sentiment) and Simply Scallops.  The papers are MME On the Bright Side Two.

The image was colored with Copics and her dress was paper pieced.  I added a small gem to the flower center in her hair.  The Botanical Beauty flower was cut from the same patterned paper and was finished with a twine stitched button.  The sentiment was zig zag stitched to the main panel.  A little more stitching finishes the front.

MFT New Product Tour!

Hi there and welcome to the My Favorite Things New Product Tour!  Everything you've seen in the teasers the last seven days is now ready for purchase in the MFT Boutique!

But before you rush off to place your orders, why don't you hang around a bit to gain a little more inspiration from the sets you've got your eye on?  The MFT team has some awesome samples to share with you!  You can head on over to the MFT Blog for a link to each designer!

For my card tonight I've used the ADORABLE Pure Innocence Cowboy!  I paired him with some MME On the Bright Side "One" papers.

Cowboy was colored with Copics, was fussy cut out and popped up for dimension.  I gave him some rope twine to hold because it goes with the sentiment!  The star was cut using the Die-namics Country Charms and was attached to the main image panel with a silver brad.  The sentiment was cut out using the Die-namics File Tab die.  Some machine stitching finishes the card.

MFT Pre-Release Pep Rally!

Now that we've teased and tempted you all week long, it's almost time for you to shop for your favorite Brand Spankin' New products from MFT.

But first... it's time for our Die-namics Feature and Pre-Release Pep Rally!

Our Design Team has been busy creating jaw-dropping and inspiring projects for you, and we've saved the best for last.

We've taken an in-depth look at this month's Die-namics, while re-visiting the amazing sets being released tonight at 10 PM EST RIGHT HERE in the MFT Boutique.

And while we are at it, how about we make your life even easier with a "cheat sheet" of all that's new?  Head over to the MFT Blog to print out a shopping list.

What I have to show you tonight is another scrapbook page!  I told myself I needed to get back to creating memories for my family and I am having so much fun!  It's especially fun when you see that all the wonderful stamps and dies can be EASILY incorporated into a scrapbook page!  (again, I apologize for the crummy pictures! I'm still trying to figure out a way to photograph a 12x12 page!)

I used some pictures I took of both of my girls back in December in my In-law's beautiful backyard.  I used a variety of 12x12 papers.

Here you can see the new Die-namics Photo Corners.  Do you see the outline of the oval?  Well, I cut too large of an oval using the Die-namics Oval STAX, so I cut a smaller one using the same oval and I was left with an outline of an oval....so I had to use it!

Here's a picture of the new Triple Scoop set, Big Greetings that has been cut out with the Die-namics Oval STAX.  That's the Die-namics Large Leafy Flourish  and Die-namics Mini Monarch Border peeking out behind.

Just LOVE the Die-namics Bracket Tab as an accent!

Another fab accent are the Die-namics Mix and Match Banners!

March Diva Inspirations Hop!

Hi there and welcome to the March Diva Inspirations Hop!  The Diva Inspiration Team is here to start your month off with a little Verve Inspiration!

If you arrived here from Betty's Blog then you're in the right place.  If you've just happened along, head on over to the Verve Blog to start the hop from the beginning!  Don't forget to leave comments along the way for your chance to win some Verve goodness of your own!

My card today uses one of my favorite Verve sets, Making a Statement along with it's coordinating dies:  Loopy Blooms and Rounded Scallop Frame.  I paired these stamp goodies with some beautiful MME On the Bright Side "Two" papers and the Week One Viva la Verve sketch for March!  Such a fun and simple sketch.

The blooms were cut using the same patterned paper.  I layered the two sizes together over the frame.  Each bloom was finished with an adhesive black pearl.  Some machine stitching finishes the card!

Your next stop on today's hop is to Jen del Muro's Blog!

MFTeasers: Day 6!

Hi there and welcome to my favorite day of teasers from My Favorite Things!  It's Pure Innocence Day!  We have SIX new Pure Innocence Images:  Cowgirl, Cowboy, Indian Girl, Cute-a-tude, Puppy Girl and Precious Little Lamb - Better Together!

Head on over to the MFT Blog for a link to each designer.

I used Puppy Girl for my card and I paired her with some gorgeous MME On the Bright Side "One" papers.  The sketch is this March's Sketch For You To Try from Jen del Muro.

Puppy Girl was colored with Copics and I paper pieced her dress.  She was cut out with the FABULOUS new Die-namics Oval STAX dies.  Oh My Word.....these dies are awesome!  The edge on the die is embossed on the FIRST PASS!  Oh, and they cut like BUTTAH.  It's the little things that make me happy!  I stitched around the oval one stitch at a time using my Janome Sew Mini.  Takes a little time, but in the end it's worth it! The flower was made using the Die-namics Prima Donna die.  Some machine stitching and an adhesive gem finish the card.

MFTeasers: Day 5!

Hi there and welcome to day five of teasers from My Favorite Things!   It's à la mode day and I can't wait for you to see this month's new sets!  Today we are introducing It's Getting Deep and The Rainbow Will Come!

Head on over to the MFT Blog for a link to each designer!

I used The Rainbow Will Come for my card.  I paired this DARLING à la mode with some Echo Park This & That "Graceful" papers.  I also used the Die-namics Mini Monarch Border and File Tab dies.  Her dress and rain boots were paper pieced.   A little machine stitching finishes the card.

MFTeasers: Day 3!

Hi there and welcome to the third day of teasers from My Favorite Things!  Today we are introducing Clearly Sentimental About Pets, Claire keay Funny Bunny, and this month's Triple Scoop Set, Big Greetings.

Head on over to the MFT Blog for a link to each designer!

Hold onto your hats, but I made another scrapbook page!  It's a layout about my oldest, Lauren, who made the Honor Roll for the third time with a 4.0 GPA.  Hope you don't mind me bragging!  She certainly didn't get her smarts from me!  I'm sorry for the not so great pics....I must figure out how to photograph a 12 x 12 page!  Any suggestions would be helpful!

I used the following sets on my scrapbook page:  Big Greetings (the new and awesome Triple Scoop Set) and the previously released, Just the Ticket.  I also LOVE how MFT's sets can be combined!  I used the following Die-namics:  the new Mini Monarch Border, By the Letters, Just the Ticket, Stacking Stars, Oval Tab and Mix and Match Banners.  All of the papers are from the County Fair Kit from Studio Calico.  I cut the letters from My Favorite Felt in Black.  Some buttons and machine stiching finish the page.  Oh, the finished page is 12x12.
