Hi there and Happy Weekend! I am here today with a card to share that I made for this week's TCP Tuesday Challenge #162! Julie is our Hostess with the Mostess and she challenged us to use fabric on our card or project. I had to REALLY think about this challenge as I don't have really any fabric laying around! While searching my craft area I came across this sticky back fabric paper. I picked it up about a year ago. If you take a good look at the newsprint, it's all about CATS!!! I thought it would be perfect to use with the Sprinkle set from The Cat's Pajamas, It Had to be Mew!
I didn't do anything special with the fabric paper, just made it a layer with some random stitching. Sprinkle was colored with Copics and her hat was paper pieced. All of the patterned paper is the from the Odds & Ends Mini Deck by Cosmo Cricket. I also used the Cut Ups Icing Die and my beloved Divine Twine in Cherry.
Here's a close up in case you wanted to read the newsprint!!
For all the details on the TCP Tuesday challenge, just head on over to Alma's Blog!
I hope you all have a great weekend!
