MFT August Release Countdown: 3!

Hi there everyone and welcome back to the August Release Countdown from My Favorite Things! There are only three days left until you can purchase all of the new August goodies! In the mean time we still have more stamp set and Die-namics reveals so make sure you head on over to the MFT Blog for all of today's details!

I have a card to share today that uses the adorable Pure Innocence Batty About You along with the coordinating Batty About You Die-namics. The sketch is last Monday's Mojo Monday Sketch #357. The colors are this month's Color Palette Challenge #8 from MFT: Fuse Green, Nightshift Blue, Kraft, and Orange Fizz. I would NEVER have put these colors together, but really love how they look together. Oh, and a Nightshift Blue bat? They exist in my stamping world ;)

I die-cut the bat with the Batty About You Die-namics, stamped the PI Bat in Black Licorice Hybrid Ink, then colored her with Copics. I layered her over a Pierced Rectangle STAX that was layered with a portion of the Spider Web Cover-Up Die-namics, also cut with the same size Pierced Rectangle STAX. The backgrounds were stamped with the Diagonal Stripes Background or the Cheesecloth Background. Love the texture the Cheesecloth Background adds.I finished with a sentiment stamped on a Pierced Fishtail Flags STAX and some orange enamel dots.

Here is my card:
