I used You Lift Me Up Flopsey for my card.  He was colored with Copics and his balloons were paper pieced.  He was fussy cut out and was popped up for dimension.  I used the following Die-namics:  the new Plentiful Petals, Sentiment Strips, Button Quartet and Simply Scallops.  All of the papers are Simple Stories Summer Fresh.
