MFT April Release Countdown: 5!

Hi there everyone! Welcome back to the April Release Countdown from My Favorite Things! Haven't the peeks been fantastic so far? My card today uses the new set, Blue Skies Ahead, along with with the Sun, Moon, & Stars Die-namics, Cloud Cover Up Die-namics, and Cloudy Day Stencil. The colors I used are Berrylicious, Banana Split, and Sweet Tooth.

I started off by cutting a piece of Berrylicious card stock with the large stitched square die from Blueprints 14. I dry embossed that piece of card stock with the new Cloudy Day Stencil and while it was still in the stencil, sponged some Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink over the raised clouds with a sponge. The white clouds were made by cutting a piece of Sweet Tooth card stock with the Cloud Cover-Up Die-namics. I used my favorite Plaid Background Builder to make the plaid pattern on the sun and the Pierced Traditional Tag STAX. The sentiment is from Blue Skies Ahead and was stamped in Steel Grey ink.
