I used the new and ADORABLE, Blowing Bubbles for my card.  The The Monarch Border Die-namics was also used.  The image was colored with Copics and was cut out and popped up for dimension.  The layout is this week's Mojo Monday sketch.  The Die-namics Dainty Doily Duo was used behind the main image and the Die-namics First Place Award Ribbon die was used for the sentiment.  Some machine stitching finishes the front.
