Let's Fly Away (TCPTues168}

Hi there!  It's TCP Tuesday on a Thursday and Tori is this week's Hostess With the Mostess.  She has challenged us to a fun color challenge!  The colors are Grass Green, Watermelon Red and Pumpkin Orange.  I was pretty scared at first, but love the outcome!!

Let's Fly Away:

I used one of the new sets from the last TCP release, Take Off (currently out of stock).  I just love this adorable bunny flying his plane! 

The bunny was colored with Copics and the plane was paper pieced.  I cut the entire image out and popped him up on dimensionals as though he were taking off!  The cloud border was made by cutting out felt with the amazing Cut Ups Cloud Border Die(currently out of stock).  I also added some machine stitching down the middle of the clouds.  The border down the side was made with the Cut Ups Apron Die.  A little more machine stitching and some rounded corners finish the card.  All of the patterned papers are from the MME Lime Twist Fly a Kite pad.
