MFT July Release Countdown: 7!

Hi everyone! It's time for the July Release Countdown from My Favorite Things! It's MFT's Birthday month so if you love all things Birthday related then you're going to LOVE all of the new fun stamps and Die-namics we are releasing this month. My first card to share from the July Release uses the SUPER ADORABLE Blueprints 17, Birthday Chalkboard Greetings, and Diagonal Stripes Background. The colors I've used are Kraft, Black Licorice, Pink Lemonade, and Razzleberry.

Here's a detail shot of the sentiment and flag banners. I used the chalkboard technique on the sentiment. I first stamped it in Versamark Ink, then heat embossed with white embossing powder. When it cooled I sponged some Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink all over the card stock with a sponge. It needed a little something more, so I took a Prismacolor Pencil and doodled around the edge.
